and instructors to look for in Buenos Aires

INSTRUCTORS
Don’t
miss Confiteria La Ideal for both lessons and dancing.
It is a famous, beautiful 1918 cafe. Tango lessons are
offered Monday through Thursday from noon to 3, with
a milonga Wednesday and Sunday from 3 to 8. (The schedule
may change.)
Address: Suipacha 384, 2nd floor, at Corrientes,
Phone: 11/4326-0521
We
got great instruction from Zoraida Fontclara who teaches
at La Ideal. She usually teaches with her partner Diego
Alvaro who was out of town. Friday from 2 - 8:30 at
Confiteria La Ideal.
At their studio, El Abrazo, they teach Tuesday/Thursday/Friday
from noon to 3pm with a milonga matinee.

Look
for EDUARDO SAUCEDO who teaches at Confiteria La Ideal
also. Check the schedule there.
Highly
recommended: Daniella Arcuri and Armando Orzuzo, in
Buenos Aires (5411) 4861-0291 or danielayarmando.com
(site is not working) They recently moved back to BA
from New York. If you can find out where they are teaching,
GO.
